Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return all unworn and undamaged items within 14 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition, with their original tags (attached to the item) and packaging and no evidence of wear, stain or odour should be on the item(s). Any item(s) returned that has failed to comply with the criteria will result in the return being rejected and goods being sent back to the customer(s). Returns form must be completed and returned, stating your order number, items returned and reason for return.

Upon receiving your returned package, with your completed returns form and receipt, you will be eligible for a refund or exchange, excluding the original cost of postage and packaging.

Please note that we DO NOT offer free returns.

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so please make sure they are packaged well in order to avoid any damage during transit back to us.

As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, we recommend you use a traceable returns service and ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.

Mob Nation will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
