Shipping policy

SHIPPING:

Orders placed before 12pm are shipped the same day, orders placed after 12pm are shipped the next working day. 

Please be aware that you cannot change orders once they are placed. You will either have to cancel your order and place the correct one or return for exchange.

Mob Nation will contact you with a follow-up email if the item(s) you have selected are not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for card verification.

We offer 3 types of delivery:

DPD Express Delivery - 1-2 working days UK (£4.99)

DPD Classic Europe - 3-5 working days (£15.99)

DPD Rest of the world - 5-7 working days (£21.99)

Please note that we do not ship on the weekend nor are they considered working days however DPD do tend to still deliver on Saturdays.  

Customs duty and tax may have to be paid by customers outside of the UK before receiving their parcels. These charges vary and are responsible to be paid by the recipient. Any orders under the value of £150 within the EU, duties/taxes are collected by us - we will pay for this on your behalf. Your parcel will be delivered direct after it has been cleared at your country’s customs authority. Orders over the value of £150 will be collected as normal from your country’s customs authority once it reaches your country. Please note that the  shipping price contributes to the order value. Your parcel will not be delivered until it has been paid.

 If customers refuse the order, we will charge a £5 export fee and a refund will be processed for the order once we receive the package (excluding the postage amount). The package is the customers responsibilty untill we receive it.

Please note that public holidays, bank holidays and weekends are not working days!
